As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities. Working closely with the digital marketing strategist, this person will use the marketing automation platform to accomplish all programmatic and operational activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
– Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
– Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the digital marketing strategist.
– Work towards defined KPIs, create reports as required and analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
– Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices and industry standards
– Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI as per digital marketing strategies.
– Support essential marketing operations initiatives in marketing automation such as managing the lead life cycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
Requirements:
– Proven years of marketing automation experience.
– Experience with marketing automation platforms like Acoustic, Eloqua, Pardot, or Marketo.
– Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
– Knowledge of handling HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
– API knowledge and management are essential for ensuring that all platforms are integrated into marketing automation.
– Data studio reporting
– Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Drupal is preferred.
– It is preferred if you are familiar with Google’s ad platforms and social media.
– 2+ years
Qualification: ITI (Civil) / NAC Certified.
• Should have experience as a Supervisor – Non technical/Site supervisor
structural work and finishing works
• Should be capable of reading drawings.

Qualification: ITI Electrical
Should have of relevant experience in electrical maintenance in a reputed construction/Infrastructure companies.

Qualification: Under Graduate
• Internal and external plumbing.
• Taking measurement.
• Good understanding of plumbing Drawings, Erection & Maintenance.
• Analysis of Plumbing Material consumption.
• On site management of labours force.

• Should be well groomed with good communication in English.
• Willingness to learn and excel in Sales Field
• English Medium with the good academic background will be preferred.
• Should be open to cold calls.
– 2- 3 yrs
• Graduate/MBA (Marketing) with 3-5 years of Experience in direct sales of Living space in large and reputed companies.
• Should be well groomed with good communication in English.
• Experience from insurance and telecom industry are also preferred.
• Candidate with valid passport will be preferred.
– 2- 3 yrs
• Graduate/MBA (Marketing) with 3-5 years of Experience in direct sales of Living space in large and reputed companies..

– 10 – 12 years
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
– Any graduate/Post Graduate with 10 to 12 Years of post-qualification
experience in construction or Infrastructure industries as a Site HR
Manager.
– Well versed in Time Office Management, Payroll Coordination with
Corporate Office, Statutory, Labour Management and Contractor
Management.
– Welfare Measures: Labour Camp Management, Canteen, Medical,
Health, Labour Safety Coordination.
– Statutory & Social Securities: Ensure Compliance under various
applicable Labour Statutes viz EPF, ESIC, Contract Labour, The Building
& Others Construction Workers Act,1996. & Cess Act.
– Administration: Co-ordination with other Departments, Maintaining
effective communication between Management & Workers, Liaison
with Private & Government Agencies Site Labour Safety System at
working time.
– Should have Interpersonal relation skills.
– Should be willing to Re-locate with in the radius of 5kms from site.
– Interested candidates willing to work at site can apply.
– 2 – 5 yrs
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in HR
• Competent in handling construction site HR, Admin ,welfare activities
and office management
• Knowledge in compliance of all statutory requirements of Contract
labour, PF, Construction workers, minimum wages etc.
• Knowledge on Labour Laws
• Labour camp administration.
• Time keeping at site, daily labour accounting and report, Payroll
coordination with corporate office.
• Prefer Male Candidates.
